I love my son

I constantly yell at my family to keep that bathroom door shut because Nicholas likes to get into the toilet and they slack well he finally did something and lodged a ball into the toilet. After three days of it not working we had our friend come over who is a plumber and he literally gave our toilet a rectal exam and pulled out the ball. It was sooooo gross!!!!!!!!!!! but now out toilet works and now maybe they will keep the door shut!!!

My son and the Butcher

He was in love the moment he walked in. It was like the clouds open and this was his version of heaven. He pressed his little face against the glass and had to look at all the meat. He had to run around and take all the extra sauces in. I would not be surprised if this boy grows up to be a chef. So at the end we got a pepperoni stick for him and his sister to share and the whole time all I heard was ummmmmmmm yummm, no mine. He did not want to share at all because it was so good. I just love that little boy he cracks us up!!!!!

What a day

I have a secret and I cannot tell. Yep I cannot tell. I am however going in tomorrow to have my breast checked out so please pray that the lump is nothing. So I got my Cricket and Monkey bag.

Halloween is coming

and I have ordered mine and Nicholas's costumes. He is eeyore and I am a sexy Eskimo. I now have to work my butt off to wear this costume but I will get there. Nicholas is going to make such a cute eeyore. Jasz wants to be Tinker bell or a Fairy with a poofy skirt but we are just having no luck. I have sunday off so maybe we will look then. We are going to the pumpkin patch on sunday I am very much so looking forward to that!!! Nicholas is now old enough to understand it.

inside the mind of a sick mama

So I slept on the couch thinking it would be good for me and him. I would not want to keep him awake all night seeing as I could not breate and would most likely snore. Did that help me why no it did not. I woke up barely able to move and breate. I just wanted to die this morning. So I went to bed after he left for work and woke up with little man about.....Oh lord who remembers. I had to pull him out of his toddler bed and I think I could have broken into a million pieces then. My nose was running my body was acting like it was fighting a war. So off I was to be mommy while not being myself. We went to the drugstore since I desperately needed allergy medicine and some anti-inflammatories. Little man got a new toothbrush, we got some toothpaste, He got some gel, I got some Hawaiian chips, and sierra mist, plus what we originally went there for. Did I mention it is 55 and raining on top of that I lost my debit card...Oh how I love today. Thank the lord I have a paypal card which is linked to my debit card. So we get home all nice and wet and I get one of my sierra mists open finally it feels good to get something down my throat(which by the way is majorly sore) I pop open the allergy and aleve and take some. I put Little man down for his nap which he is now fighting because that is the toddler code...Mommy is sick I must fight my nap. While he is fighting I am on the couch watching Peggy Sue got Married, an oldie but a goodie. He finally falls asleep. Now I get to get into the bath and yes I mean BATH!!! So I run the water, turn on the heat lamp, add some shower gel to the water for effect, and hop in.........OMG instant heaven!!!!!!!!!!! I wash/relax for a long while and then I finally get out, slather myself with huggies lotion. I feel so much better, do I care that there is banana's on my pants? Nope all is good in the world. Now I can face the world and go sit in the rain for my daughtes softball game. Even if this fix is temporary it feels so good right now I will take it!!!!!!!!!!

Cloud Nine

Even though I will have to get 40 hours a week for a while to payback my step dad I will. It is just a small amount of money for my wedding venue. I am so excited to have a place that I will be getting married at. Everything in life and for my wedding is starting to fall in place. Ahhhhh so happy today!!! Even my weight is dropping off!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need to vent

I am soo angry at my SIL I want to explode but of course I cannot do that because I would make my whole family on my husbands side upset since they see her as an angel even when she is not. It just pisses me off to no end. She is wrong and needs to grow up and she will not. grrrrrrr

My wedding dress is here

It came today and is sooo gorgeous. I will take pics once I get my petticoat since it looks funny without. I should get it with in the next few weeks. It fits in the stomach just fine but will not go over my ribcage. So getting the corset back is the best thing since I will have the hourglass figure. My MIL said it will not be a problem to have it taken in since I am going to lose significant weight and inches. Also the hemming in the front will be no problem at all because how the dress is made. So once it is closer I will have it altered and have everything done. Everyone cannot believe close to me who I told cannot believe that I only paid $25 for the dress because it is so gorgeous and does not look cheap at all (you know I have to rival my sister) Did I tell you that Nick LOVES IT. He snuck onto ebay and looked at it but when he saw it in person/on person he loved it. Which is great because I love it too. I can't wait to get my petticoat so I can post the pics I know you all wanna see!!!!!!!!!

I am in a contest

a biggest loser contest. I am doing it so it will motivate me to drop the weight not only for my wedding but for my health and my self esteem. No one really likes to be bigger than they should and I am super competitive. So Here I go we are on day #2. Remember those who work in Customer Service

It is a very hard job to do. I work in Customer service and working in a fitting room does not mean we are there to clean them out every second. We are there to check on them every 1/2 hour to an hour during the in between time we are putting clothes away and cleaning the floor. We provide you with a place to put clothes when you are done trying them on so that the next person waiting in line can go in and use that room. To those that do that...Thank you. We appreciate you very much.

Nothing like toddlers

To kill your ear drums in the morning. I am watching my neice right now and her and my son have decided to have screaming contests over everything they fight over. Right now they are being nice and reading books seperately, ahhhhhh quiet. They really are too cute together even when they are screaming!!!

My son has decided

to give up naps. He just won't take his full nap or any nap at all and he REALLY needs them. I just don't know what to do with him. I just keep trying that is all I can do to get him to take his nap. I love the boy but when he is whinning at me it drives me crazy since his whinning involves high pitched screams.....Oh my boy I love him!!

Teething

Teething is such a terror!!!!! My poor son is getting his K-9's and is driving me crazy. I just want to love him but with his pain he just wants to beat me and scream at the top of his lungs. Nothing is working...not Advil, teething tablets, or numbing medicine. We just have to get through it....grrrr. I hope it goes quick since we have been at it a week now.

Feeling ill

So I have been feeling ill. My stomach has been nauseous and crampy for the last 3 days and I have just felt off. I wonder if I am pregnant. If so than great I will not be mad at all. We want one more, even if my little on is screaming at me right now cause I wont let him be naughty...LOL. Jasz is gone for the week horseback riding and Nick is in a wedding this weekend. Busy busy.

Summer Weather

is so nice. Saturday I could not work I pinched a nerve in my back and I had to call out of work. Sunday I made it through, both days it was in the 80's. Today was equally nice, so I took Nicholas out swimming with my friend and we spent a while there. It felt so cool and good. Plus it was a awesome work out. Tomorrow and everyday after until the sun goes away we will swim. The only thing that does suck is we don't have ac here.

Only two more days

and I will have a toddler. I am very sad about this :( He is just growing so fast I cannot keep up with him. Last night he made a phone call on the home phone and I had to apologize to Jaszys friends mom...Oops sorry. Today he was trying to run around the house. It was too cute because he looked like he was going to fall over. Last night was rough though he had a tummy ache so we were up most the night and he was crying in pain. So today he is more tired than usual. Sunday will be a blast. I cannot wait to make his cupcakes and set up his party!!!!

Happy Fathers Day

I have a wonderful Fiance who I have been with for 9 1/2 years and he is just a awesome provider and father to our children. I am extremly blessed to have him in my life and today was a perfect day to show him how much we love an appreciate him. He got a wireless router and noise canceling headphones for fathers day. His sister made him and his father breakfast and my Brother-in-Laws girlfriend and I made ribs for dinner. Today was sunny and 72 to top it off. What a perfect day!!!! I hope everyone had a great day like we did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am soo on

Short timers knowing that I will be home with my kiddos next week mid week!!! All of my dreams I have sacraficed but I did it for my children because when they were born they became my dreams and going to Medical School to be a Surgeon would have been nice but It wouldn't have even come close to being a mom. It is funny what fate has in store for us. Our wedding plans are coming along nicely I cannot wait to see how lovely everything turns out. Been working my butt off to get this extra weight off. I will do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well

Nicholas got better but now he has a cough. Then last night I was looking in his mouth and he has three molars!!! I didn't even know they were there. He is getting so big I cannot believe in three weeks he will be a year old. I am very sad about that, I really need to get on planning his party. We are either doing a baby E party or a Elmo party. I love planning though so it should be fun!!!!!! Tomorrow we are going to Jesus's birthday party at Pump it up that will be fun now that Nicholas is mobile. I will take some pics of that.

I have been home

For the last two days. Nicholas has a 103.1 temp and is misrable. I took him in and he has a throat infection. Today when his fever spiked up the doc said to go in and have the antibiotics filled. So that will be done today (poor guy) We decided I am going to stay home and then pick up some extra hours at my old job to make up the wages I am losing.

To stay home

Or not stay home?? that is the question. Nick has asked me to figure out if I make enough for me to truly keep working or if I am just spending too much to work. The benefits are being home with the kids, going and volunteering in school, having time to work out and keep the house clean, and be less tired. I would go to Real Estate school on top of my wedding planning school so I would have extra income coming in from helping his dad. So the only con was I would not have my own money but we figured that out. I really want to do it, it is just hard going from working all the time since 15 to nothing.

Were home!!!

I love Houston!!!! I hope I go back soon. It was a lovely city and we had a blast. tomorrow I will be downloading our pics. Now it is time to plan the kids parties and our wedding.

Poor baby boy

Nicholas has another ear infection. He was crying non stop tonight. I couldn't get him to calm down so I gave him some motrin and then went to put some natural pain drops into his ears and when I touched his ears he freaked out and started crying that horrible pain cry. So I paged his doc and he told me I wasn't giving him enough motrin and to give him double what I was every three hours and to bring him in first thing in the morning. So I did give him another dose and now he is finally sleeping.

Yesterday was my first offical day at GHC. It went smooth as I have been there since dec as an agency MA. Today I was in my favorite department Derm and had three sucessful surgeries. I love assisting on surgeries.

Jaszmien is leaving for camp tomorrow. She will be gone till friday. This makes me a nervous nilly. I can't wait for her to get home even though she hasn't even left. I am taking her to school tomorrow since I have to take her brother to the Dr's as well.

Another Weekend

Fun fun weekend. My daughter has a throat infection. I had my niece over on friday and her and Nicholas were fighting like brother and sister. We cleaned cleaned cleaned all day. I wrote my vows and did some wedding research. Tomorrow is laundry and grocery shopping. Today we watched I am legend and Alvin and the Chipmunks again

Oh yeah I got hired onto the job I have been temping at I start may 12th!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow

This weekend was crazy but I am happy it is OVER!!! There was a missing child (not mine) We took Jasz to the arcade that was fun. It was just craziness. Then this week I have had two interviews at the company I am temping at. I am really confident I will get one of the positions. I have been there almost 6 months on a month to month contract so I know they like me. I get good reviews all the time. Today was insane I was in surgery two times and the first one we removed something off the shin. There was barely enough skin to close it so now she has an interesting scar like a S and then my other on couldn't have the type of numbing medicine we use so he was spurting blood (he accidentally got blood on his face it was spurting so bad) so that was taking so long I had to be relieved since I ride in a carpool. I love doing surgeries they are fun!!!!!!

Snow in April

Well I am happy it snowed on the weekend for once but come on isn't it supposed to be done by now!!! It is April....almost May. I want to take Nicholas out to play in it now that he realizes that it is out there. We will see how it goes. I hope we can still get out and do some fun stuff

Nicholas 10 month check up

Since we couldn't get in for a 9 month check. He is 29 1/2 inches (75%) 22 1/2lbs (65%) and his head is 48cm (95%) so he is going down in height and weight but his head is still in a higher percentage. His doc said he is doing great no worries at all and our next visit is in two months when he will be a Year :(

Jaszmien got her last gardasil shot and she is going to get her blood drawn this weekend just to check it and make sure she is running good. She is not happy about that. She is 4 ft 11 in and weighs 94 lbs. I took her to get new shoes and she is now in a size 8 womens. That is crazy!!!

A Dear Friend

A dear friend found out she had lost her baby today. She was 17 weeks 3days along. My heart breaks for her. I pray she finds the strength to get through this and that she knows she has many people to lean on when it all seems too much to deal with

well tonight I got home late due to traffic we didn't get her until 7 grrrrr. Nicholas is in bed and I think he was having a nightmare. He was crying in his sleep and then whimpering. Poor guy :(
Jasz doesn't know that we are taking her to the spring fair this weekend boy is she going to be surprised!!! I can't wait

Being a wife is a dream and an accomplishment of mine that I am lookng to achieve. This May I get to see my sister marry a wonderful man and start her life. My brother is starting to achieve something in his life so I am watching him with great pride. It just seems like everything is starting to come together in mine and my siblings lives and I love it. I wish I could say the same for some others that I am close to. I am a strong person but can play second fiddle to my man because I believe the man should be the man but I should have a say also. My relationship in comparison is a very good one after 10 years we have found a groove that works for us. Once this wedding is over I will be thankful though weddings are very stressful but fun

Nicholas

Nicholas is 9.5 months and quite smart. He already knows what wipes are for he uses them himself when I am changing him. He is standing on his own and trying to walk but he just can't get those feet to go. He talks already which is so cute. He is just a doll

Jasz

Jasz is 11 1/2 She is a spitfire. She loves sports but is girlie too. She is into soccer, gymnastics, and swimming. She will start traveling to Belgium to visit her nana hopefully this summer so she is learning french. She is very smart but not smart enough to pull one over on her parents
